when shit hits the fan
i feel that when I get to the point of being burnt out I tend to lose control of my thinking. When that happens I take myself out of the things i'm working on to focus on my needs and health. I find that I get stressed out easily and wonder how to lower my stress level to the point of being able to get back to what I love to do. If you take time for yourself then you will be stress free.
